Location felt a bit too far north for my liking!!! Limited kitchen supplies definitely need improvement, along with the outdated frying pans that could pose health risks!!! A larger grocery store nearby would have been a nice addition!!!

It was handy base for travelling to Playa del Carmen, I was glad to stay there. All of the staff was amiable and attentive to guests. The setting was stunning and particularly good, short walk to center main shops and attractions, the beach and the residential area. I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and liked it.

Spotless room and staff is always wonderful and amazing.

my stay was fantastic, with easy access to Fifth Avenue and fine local eateries just a few steps from the hotel, making it the perfect base for exploring the area and unwinding after my adventures.

The noise from neighbors was unbearable, so I guess that's what I get for staying on the third floor. And don't even get me started on the dirty sheets-you'd think they could spare some effort. As a guest, I expected a welcome drink or something, but clearly, that's too much to ask. Absoluteley disappointing.

The location is ideal, just a five-minute walk to Fifth Avenue and nearby pristine beaches.

While the studio had a kitchenette, the lack of a table to sit at made it uncomfortable for dining in.

The location of the hotel was particularly good, walking distance to convenience stores and all the major stores. And it's within walking distance of Rincon Yucateco, ate there once or twice.

Didn't like the area, it was not pleasant.

The staff provided excellent assistance throughout our stay, particularly Tali and Agos, who offered valuable recommendations. Our Superior Suite was spacious, clean, and boasted a beautiful city view. The rooftop pool was a true highlight, complete with towels and loungers.

Occasional noise from nearby streets disrupted the tranquility we sought.

the dogs barking at night was a pain. but the rooftop pool was great! nice and clean space with a washer/dryer. the location was close to good local eateries and convenience stores, which was a bonus!

It was just a strong match for a weekend escape in Playa del Carmen with excellent value for money. I appreciated the spacious terrace that provided a nice spot to enjoy the evening air. Try to avoid staying on the ground floor unless you don't mind some noise at night.
